Commission rules

You will get a one-time $35 commission when a pet parent makes their first purchase of CUDDLY Food through your unique affiliate link.

Additional benefits and rewards

In addition to the one-time $35 commission, your organization will receive one meal (equal to one pound of food) for every bag purchased through your affiliate link.

When a pet parent subscribes, CUDDLY donates the same amount of food to you. 25lb subscription = 25lb donated to your organization!

CUDDLY Food Kickstart

Make the switch to CUDDLY Food and receive a free food haul for your organization to get started. Once you make the switch to CUDDLY Food, you qualify to receive adoption kits to send home with adopters that include sample bags, along with a direct link to encourage their first purchase.

How do I track my give-back meals?

We are currently working on a way to reflect this in your dashboard, but for now, we will send you a monthly report of your give back meals. You must generate a minimum of 25 pounds of give-back meals before CUDDLY can send you a food haul.

What happens if one of my supporters forgets to use my affiliate link?

If a pet parent forgets to use your unique affiliate link for their CUDDLY Food purchase, they are able to input your coupon code so you will still be able to earn commission on that purchase. Your coupon code can be found on your home screen of this dashboard.

Can I participate in this program if I am a cat-specific organization?

At this time, the program is specifically tied to our CUDDLY Dog Salmon and Rice, as we’re in the pilot phase focused on launching and optimizing our dog food offerings.

That said, cat food will be included soon when we roll out the full launch of our food line - so stay tuned!

In the meantime, if you’re a cat-specific organization, you’re still more than welcome to participate in the affiliate program. You can absolutely share your affiliate link with your community - specifically to pet parents who may have dogs at home - and still benefit from the $35 commission per first-time customer and meal give-back meal donation per bag purchase.

Can I participate in this program if I am an international organization?

Yes, international organizations can participate in the Fetch Rewards Program by sharing their unique affiliate link to earn attribution on purchases, but they do not qualify for the CUDDLY Food Kickstarter or Adoption Kits.

How do I get paid?

You will get paid on a monthly basis through PayPal.

Upon registration, you provided the email address associated with your PayPal account that we will send your funds to. If you need to update this, please contact your Fundraising Consultant or success@cuddly.com.

How do I apply for the CUDDLY Food Kickstart Kit?

If you would like to make the switch to feeding CUDDLY Food to the dogs in your care, please notify your Fundraising Consultant to arrange a free haul of CUDDLY Food to get you started!

How do I apply for adoption kits?

We ask that animals are already being fed CUDDLY Food before Adoption Kits are sent out to ensure consistency in the pet’s diet—this helps avoid digestive issues at the time of adoption and gives adopters a positive experience right from the start. It’s also the most effective use of resources, allowing us to support organizations that are fully engaged with the program.

Once you start feeding your animals CUDDLY Food, please let your Fundraising Consultant know or email success@cuddly.com to apply for your adoption kits.

CUDDLY Food Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the CUDDLY Food Affiliate Program (“Program”), your organization agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Organization Responsibilities

To maintain good standing in the Program, your organization agrees to the following:

Provide each adopter with a CUDDLY Adoption Kit, which must include:

A 5LB bag of CUDDLY Food (supplied by CUDDLY)

The provided affiliate signup postcard (featuring your unique link, QR code, or coupon)

Clearly explain the Program to each adopter at the time of adoption, and encourage them to use your affiliate link, QR code, or coupon code to make their first CUDDLY Food purchase immediately or as soon as possible.

Specifically call out the subscription option, and suggest that adopters use it to ensure their pet never runs out of food while continuing to support your rescue with every recurring order.

Actively promote the benefits of CUDDLY Food, and encourage adopters to feed their pet CUDDLY Food as part of a healthy diet.

2. Commissions & Payouts

Approved organizations will receive a one-time $35 commission for each new adopter who makes their first CUDDLY Food purchase using the organization’s unique affiliate link, QR code, or coupon code.

Commissions apply only to first-time CUDDLY Food customers.

Payouts will be made monthly via PayPal to the account on file.

3. Meal Donation Program

For every bag of CUDDLY Food sold through an organization’s affiliate link, QR code, or coupon code, CUDDLY will donate one (1) pound of food back to the organization.

Donation & Fulfillment Details:

Food donations will accrue until a minimum of 25 pounds is reached, at which point CUDDLY will ship a single 25LB bag of food to the organization.

Donations will be sent in 25LB increments only.

Any leftover balance under 25 pounds will be held and carried over to the next month until the next 25-pound threshold is met.

Food donations are fulfilled on a monthly basis.

4. Promotion Guidelines

Participating organizations are encouraged to share their affiliate links consistently across the following:

Social media

Organization websites

Email newsletters

Adoption packets

In-person events

Important Notes:

False or misleading advertising is strictly prohibited.

Organizations must not make unapproved health claims or misrepresent the Program.

You are encouraged to inform adopters that their purchase directly benefits your rescue.

5. Order Tracking & Disputes

Commissions and meal donations are only awarded when purchases are made through your unique affiliate link, QR code, or coupon code.

If you believe a commission or donation was missed, contact success@cuddly.com within 30 days of the order date for review. Unattributed commissions are subject to CUDDLY’s approval.

Orders that cannot be verified through affiliate tracking are not eligible for commission or food donations.

6. Program Changes & Termination

CUDDLY reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any part of the Program at any time.
In the event of material changes, participating organizations will receive at least 15 days’ notice via email.

7. Liability Disclaimer

CUDDLY is not responsible for any issues or claims arising from an adopter’s choice of pet food following adoption. Specifically:

CUDDLY makes no guarantees regarding an adopter’s continued use of CUDDLY Food.

If an adopter chooses to purchase pet food from another brand, retailer, or source—or fails to use the provided affiliate link, QR code, or coupon code—CUDDLY is not liable for any lost commissions, missed donations, or adverse effects on the animal.

This Program is designed to benefit both animal welfare organizations and adopters, but does not constitute a medical, dietary, or behavioral guarantee.
