This must be displayed anywhere your affiliate products and links are posted, whether on your own website or elsewhere. You are not permitted to represent that you ARE Transformation Academy or an official representative, partner, or employee of Transformation Academy.

1: EARNING AFFILIATE COMMISSION

Earning Commission

As an affiliate of Transformation Academy, you will automatically earn 40% commission on any purchase made by a student you refer to our site, using an appropriate affiliate links or codes.
Your sales will be reflected in your dashboard.
If you refer another affiliate to TA, you will earn 10% of that affiliate's total sales.
Cookies are tracked for 60 days. This means if a customer you refer to us makes any purchase within 60 days of them clicking your affiliate link, their purchase is credited to your affiliate account.
Purchases are attributed for 60 days. This means that once a customer of yours makes a purchase, you earn commission on all additional purchases they make within 60 days.
NOTE: Commissions are paid on courses and course membership only. Books, group coaching programs and other live events are not commissionable.

Getting Paid

Please make sure you have a payment method saved in your SETTINGS in your account. This is how we will be able to send your affiliate commissions.
Payments are made through PayPal only.
Payments are sent MONTHLY, the first week of the month.
Payments received are for sales made 2 months prior. In order to leave time for customers' 30-day-return policy, we wait to pay commissions until after this window has passed. So, for example, if you receive an affiliate commission payment on March 5, it will include commissions earned from sales in January.

2: USING AFFILIATE LINKS

AFFILIATE LINKS:

SEND TO ENTIRE CATALOG: You can send them to the entire COURSE CATALOG using your main affiliate link.

Use the DEFAULT link or create a custom link using the Add Custom Link button:

SEND TO SPECIFIC COURSE: To create an affiliate link to a PRODUCT, click the Get Product Link button.

Then, choose "Search for a product..." from the drop down.

Generate, then Copy + Save.

You can also get links to our most popular courses (the courses we provide graphics for) in section 4 below. Choose "Enter a Link" as the generating method and use the link provided.

Important note:

Please do NOT use any product that ends in (X). They will NOT work.

Also - remember that group programs, live events and books are not commissionable.

3: USING DISCOUNT CODES

If you would like to offer a discount, give your clients the following code or use.

CHOOSE DISCOUNT CODE:

20% off: AFFILIATE20

30% off: AFFILIATE30

40% off: AFFILIATE40

50% off: use your custom code (see below)

CUSTOM 50% OFF DISCOUNT CODE!

Simply send customers to ANY page on our site and tell them to use your UNIQUE discount code, which will automatically track the purchase to your account.

Your unique code is automatically created for you using YOUR NAME. You can find it in your dashboard here:

NOTE: If you see more than one coupon in th Coupon Code section (select drop down to see), ONLY use the one that has your name.

CREATE CUSTOM DISCOUNT LINK: DOWNLOAD this Spread Sheet to generate an affiliate code + discount code https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dcHKqyrGr35DTaKOy8KOFffA8BW3Y0v7-IAmH9axme4/edit?usp=sharing

Enter the AFFILIATE LINK you just created into the AFFILIATE LINK column.
Enter the desired DISCOUNT CODE into the DISCOUNT CODE column.

This will create a FINAL AFFILIATE DISCOUNT LINK in the right column.
Copy and share this link.
(Always TEST the link first to ensure the coupon code is working.)

4: Using Course Graphics, Ads + Copy/Descriptions

Promotion Using Video Clips On TikTok, IG, Etc

In the Marketing Tools area in your dashboard you will find Video Clips which you are welcome to use for social media promotions.

If you are new to TikTok or Instagram, below are some tips!

Step 1: Create a new TikTok account (if you aren’t sure how just Google it)

Name the account whatever you want but something related to coaching or self growth is always best.

If you want to stay anonymous, make sure to disable any of your settings that could potentially share it with your contacts.

Step 2: Create Link and Bio

In both TikTok and Instagram, you cannot put a link directly in your post. Instead, put your affiliate link in your BIO.
Set up your BIO and include a note that says “use Code: BLANK at transformationacedemy.com to get 50% off any of their certifications and courses” OR use an affiliate link.

Step 3: Post Clips

In the Marketing Tools section you will see a file titled “Video Clips” which contains video clips from TA courses that you can use.
Remember to add captions (subtitles) and text overlay (title). Your title should be large and cover the very top of the forehead.
Use hashtags relevant to the content.
Respond to comments.
Be Creative! Test and try any ideas you might have for getting more views, clicks, followers, etc!
