Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Wild J! Thanks for joining our Affiliate Program.

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Program both as a merchant (“we,” “us,” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to purchase products from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

Program Overview

The Wild J Affiliate Program is designed for creators who genuinely love the brand and want to share Wild J styles with their audience.

Affiliates earn commission through their personal affiliate link by promoting Wild J products on their social media platforms. Our goal is to build a community of creators who represent the Wild J brand while sharing authentic content with their audience.

Program Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Wild J Affiliate Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must follow The Wild J on all social media platforms
Must have a minimum of 1,000 followers on Instagram

The Wild J reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on brand alignment, account activity, and overall fit with the brand.

Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program registration.

Affiliate Links and Coupons

Affiliate links are automatically generated, but affiliates may also generate links for specific products or collections.

If a customer clicks another affiliate’s referral link and later clicks yours, the most recent referral link will receive the credit.

Affiliates may or may not be assigned a branded coupon code. Details and usage instructions will be available within the affiliate dashboard.

If a customer both clicks your affiliate link and uses your coupon code, this will not result in double commission.

If you are not assigned a branded coupon code, you may not promote or distribute any Wild J coupon codes as your own.

Affiliates may promote The Wild J through online channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, blogs, and other social platforms, as well as approved offline channels.

Affiliate Content & Promotion Requirements

Affiliates are expected to actively promote The Wild J through their social media platforms.

Monthly Content Requirements:

3 Instagram Stories featuring The Wild J products (must tag The Wild J)
1–2 Instagram posts and/or TikTok videos showcasing Wild J styles (must tag The Wild J)

Engagement Expectations:

Affiliates are expected to support the brand by engaging with The Wild J Instagram content through likes and comments
Affiliates should maintain an active presence while participating in the program

Content Guidelines

To maintain the integrity of the Wild J brand, affiliates must follow these content rules:

Do not associate The Wild J with political content or messaging
Do not feature competing or similar brand products in the same post as Wild J items
No hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive content of any kind
Content should reflect a positive and authentic representation of the Wild J brand

If an affiliate is unsure whether content aligns with brand guidelines, they are encouraged to request approval prior to posting.

Commissions and Payments

Affiliates earn a commission of:

10% on qualifying sales made through their personal affiliate link.

Commission is calculated based on the order value and does not include additional fees such as taxes, shipping costs, or processing fees.

The following purchases are not eligible for commission:

Sale or discounted items
Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or charged back

Payments will only be issued for completed and verified transactions. The Wild J reserves the right to review all referral orders under a fair use policy.

Commission status may be viewed in the Commission section of the affiliate dashboard, and completed payments will be listed under the Payment section.

Payout Schedule

Affiliate commissions are paid weekly.

Payouts are processed every Tuesday and may be issued through:

Direct bank transfer
Store credit with The Wild J

Affiliates must ensure their payment information is correctly entered in their affiliate settings to receive payouts.

Taxes & Financial Responsibility

Affiliates are considered independent partners and are responsible for their own taxes.

Affiliates will be required to complete a W-9 form upon joining the program
Eligible affiliates will receive a 1099-NEC at the end of the tax year if they meet IRS reporting requirements

The Wild J does not withhold taxes from affiliate payouts.

Affiliate Activity & Program Removal

Affiliates are expected to remain active in the program.

Accounts may be removed from the program if:

There are 3 or more consecutive months with no Wild J posts, engagement, or affiliate sales
Program policies or content guidelines are violated
The account no longer aligns with the Wild J brand

The Wild J reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program at any time if necessary.

Marketing Tools

The Wild J may provide marketing materials such as banners, logos, or promotional graphics through the marketing tools section of the affiliate dashboard.

Affiliates may download these materials or use provided embed codes to promote Wild J products through their channels.

Network

If the Network feature is enabled within the affiliate system, affiliates may invite others to join the program through their referral network link.

Affiliates who join through your network may become your downline affiliate. Any commission structure related to downline referrals will depend on merchant program settings.

Cookies

We use cookies to track customers who click on your affiliate link.

Customers must have cookies enabled in order for tracking to occur. If cookies are blocked, disabled, or cleared before a purchase is made, the referral may not be tracked and commission cannot be issued.

Cookie tracking duration is specified on the affiliate registration form. The tracking period begins when a customer clicks an affiliate link or uses an affiliate coupon code.

Any purchases made within the cookie window will automatically be attributed to the affiliate.

Affiliate tracking and dashboard access is available through the website chat system.

Affiliates may contact support at any time for assistance.

Performance Bonuses

Each month, the top three performing affiliates may receive performance-based rewards.

Possible rewards include:

Feature on The Wild J Instagram page
Increased commission percentage for the following month
A Wild J shopping spree

Bonuses are awarded at the discretion of The Wild J and based on performance metrics such as sales, engagement, and overall brand representation.

Removal from the Program

If an affiliate wishes to leave the program, they may request removal by contacting support.

Program Changes

The Wild J reserves the right to update, modify, or change the Affiliate Program terms, policies, commission structure, or participation requirements at any time.

Affiliates will be notified if significant changes occur.

Participation in the program indicates acceptance of these terms.
