Aerofuel Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to the Aerofuel Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure a successful partnership.

2. Eligibility
To participate, affiliates must:

Be 18 years or older.
Operate in a professional and ethical manner.
Not engage in activities that harm the Aerofuel brand.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities:

Affiliates are responsible for:

Promoting Aerofuel products through approved channels such as websites, social media, email, and in-person events.
Providing accurate and truthful information about Aerofuel products.
Ensure Aerofuel products are displayed in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

4. Aerofuel Responsibilities:

We will:

Provide affiliates with product samples, marketing materials, tracking links, and guidance.
Offer competitive commission rates for sales made through your affiliate links.
Support affiliates with timely responses to questions and issues.

5. Samples and Display Products:

Affiliates may request product samples or display products free of charge.
Aerofuel reserves the right to limit sample orders based on availability.

6. Onboarding and Display Confirmation Process:

To ensure samples are effectively displayed and meet Aerofuel’s requirements:

Sample Request and Approval:
- Affiliates submit a request form specifying the desired samples and display intent.
- Aerofuel reviews and approves requests based on availability and affiliate performance.
Shipping and Guidelines:
- Aerofuel ships approved samples along with a Display Kit containing setup instructions, branding guidelines, and product information.
- Affiliates are responsible for confirming receipt of the shipment within 5 business days.
Display Setup and Confirmation:
- Affiliates set up the display in accordance with the provided guidelines.
- Affiliates submit photo evidence of the display setup via the affiliate portal or email, ensuring all products and materials are visible and properly arranged.
Verification and Feedback:
- Aerofuel reviews the submitted photos and provides feedback or approval.
- Once approved, the affiliate is officially onboarded and may begin full promotional activities.

7. Commissions and Payments

Affiliates will earn a percentage of sales made through their unique affiliate links. The current commission rate is 15%, subject to change with notice.
Payments will be issued monthly on the 10th of each month for the previous month through e-transfer or PayPal.
Affiliates are required to provide accurate payment details.

8. Freedom of Promotion:

Affiliates are encouraged to promote Aerofuel products in creative and authentic ways, provided they:

Do not engage in false advertising or misrepresentation.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Avoid spamming or unsolicited marketing practices.

9. Prohibited Activities:

Affiliates may not:

Display Aerofuel products or pricing in a way that undercuts the official Aerofuel website.
Use misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
Bid on Aerofuel-branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns without prior approval.

10. Termination:

Aerofuel reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time if:

The affiliate violates these terms and conditions.
The partnership is no longer aligned with Aerofuel’s business goals.

Affiliates reserve the right to terminate this partnership at any time via email, once all Aerofuel display items and sample products have been returned.

11. Liability:

Aerofuel is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by affiliates in connection with the affiliate program. Affiliates participate at their own risk.

12. Confidentiality:

Affiliates agree to keep Aerofuel’s proprietary information, including but not limited to commission rates, marketing strategies, and product details, confidential.

13. Amendments:

Aerofuel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

14. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario.
