PLAYR Affiliate Program – Terms & Agreement

By applying to and participating in the PLAYR Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to these Terms & Agreement (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

1. Joining the Program

1.1. You must submit an affiliate application and be approved through our affiliate platform.
1.2. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.3. Once approved, you may promote PLAYR using your unique tracking links and/or discount codes provided in your affiliate dashboard.

2. Affiliate Relationship

2.1. You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of PLAYR.
2.2. You have no authority to bind PLAYR to any agreement or make commitments on our behalf.
2.3. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic, or sales.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to:

Promote PLAYR honestly, ethically, and legally.
Follow all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws and regulations (including FTC disclosure rules or your local equivalent).
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (examples: “This post contains affiliate links” or “I may earn a commission”).
Only use Program assets, links, and codes that we provide or approve.
Ensure your content is accurate and does not mislead customers (especially parents and youth athletes).

4. Commission, Validation & Payout Timing

4.1. Commission Rate: 10% of eligible, tracked sales (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
4.2. Validation / Holding Period: Commissions are subject to a 45-day validation period to account for cancellations, returns, chargebacks, fraud, and payment risk.
4.3. Payout Timing: After validation, payouts are processed according to the schedule shown in your affiliate platform (e.g., monthly), provided your account is in good standing and meets any minimum payout threshold set by the platform.
4.4. Reversals: We may reverse commissions for refunded, canceled, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise invalid orders.

5. Tracking & Attribution

5.1. Tracking is handled by our affiliate platform using tracking links, cookies, and/or discount codes.
5.2. If tracking fails due to technical issues outside our reasonable control (browser settings, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, platform outages), we may be unable to attribute commissions.
5.3. We reserve the right to investigate and withhold commissions tied to suspicious activity.

6. Allowed Promotional Channels

You may promote PLAYR through:

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
Blogs, review sites, and content websites
Email marketing to opt-in subscribers (see Section 8)

If you want to use a channel not listed here (e.g., paid search, cashback, coupon-only placements), request written approval first.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT:

Make false, exaggerated, or unverified claims about PLAYR products.
Make medical claims or disease-treatment claims unless explicitly approved in writing and compliant with applicable law.
Misrepresent yourself as PLAYR, “official PLAYR,” or PLAYR customer support.
Copy, clone, frame, or mimic the PLAYR website or branding in a misleading way.
Use forced clicks, cookie stuffing, deceptive redirects, or any tracking manipulation.
Post fake reviews, fake testimonials, or misleading “before/after” style claims.

8. Email Marketing Rules

If promoting via email:

You must comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable, or local equivalents).
Email must be sent only to opt-in lists.
You may not impersonate PLAYR or suggest messages are sent by PLAYR.

9. PPC & Paid Ads (If Allowed)

Unless you have written permission from PLAYR, the following rules apply:

No trademark bidding on PLAYR brand terms (including “PLAYR,” “PLAYR Youth,” “playryouth,” “playryouth.com,” and close variations/misspellings).
Do not use PLAYR trademarks in ad copy, display URLs, or account names without written approval.
Do not run ads that look like they are from PLAYR.
Do not direct-link paid traffic to our site using an affiliate link unless approved in writing (send traffic to your own content first).

10. Coupon / Deal Guidelines (If Allowed)

Only promote coupon codes that are provided to you in the affiliate platform or approved in writing.
Do not post scraped, expired, or “found online” codes.
Do not claim an offer is “exclusive” unless we confirm it in writing.
No “click to reveal” or forced-cookie tactics designed to generate clicks without real intent.

11. Brand Assets & Content Use

11.1. You may use PLAYR-approved logos, images, and product descriptions as provided.
11.2. You may not alter brand assets in a way that is misleading or harms the brand.
11.3. You grant PLAYR a non-exclusive, worldwide right to repost or share your affiliate content for marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing that you do not grant this permission.

12. Termination & Program Violations

12.1. Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
12.2. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you violated these Terms or generated fraudulent/low-quality traffic.
12.3. Upon termination, we may withhold unpaid commissions connected to violations, fraud, or invalid orders, as allowed by law and platform policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAYR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
