Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Oleah Handcrafted (Clara H Pte Limited) Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding.

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a SGD 5 commission on every qualifying sale made through their unique referral link.
The commission rate may be adjusted at the discretion of Oleah (Clara H Pte Limited), and affiliates will be notified of any changes.

2. Cookie Duration

Oleah (Clara H Pte Limited) offers a cookie duration of 30 days from the initial click-through. Commissions will only be credited if a purchase is made within this timeframe and if the sale is final, without any exchange or returns.

3. Payouts

Payouts are processed every 2 months, provided the affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold of SGD 20.
Payment methods include PayPal or bank transfer (PayNow included). Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to receive timely payouts.

4. Promotional Restrictions

Affiliates may not use deceptive advertising practices, including, but not limited to, false claims, misleading endorsements, or exaggerated benefits.
Spamming, unauthorized pop-ups, or misleading users into clicking affiliate links are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not engage in direct pay-per-click (PPC) bidding on Oleah (Clara H Pte Limited) trademarks or brand terms.

5. Attribution and Tracking

Referrals are attributed on a "last-click" basis, meaning the most recent affiliate link clicked will receive credit for the sale.
Oleah (Clara H Pte Limited) is not responsible for any tracking failures or technical issues beyond its control that may affect commission attributions.

6. Content Guidelines

Affiliates agree to create content that accurately represents Oleah (Clara H Pte Limited) and its products or services.
Affiliates must disclose the affiliate relationship as required by FTC guidelines or applicable laws (e.g., stating "I may earn a commission" if a sale is made).
Affiliates may not use the Oleah (Clara H Pte Limited) logo, images, or other branding elements in any way that suggests ownership or partnership outside of the affiliate agreement.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a customer referred by an affiliate requests a refund, cancels an order, or issues a chargeback, the affiliate’s commission will be reversed or deducted from future payments.

8. Intellectual Property Use

Affiliates may use approved logos, banners, and promotional images provided by Oleah (Clara H Pte Limited). However, they may not alter or misrepresent the brand's trademarks, logos, or any copyrighted material.

9. Account Termination

Oleah (Clara H Pte Limited) reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for violating these terms, fraudulent activity, inactivity, or any behavior that harms the brand.

10. Confidentiality

All information shared with affiliates, including commission rates, marketing strategies, and product details, is confidential and not to be disclosed or shared without prior written consent from Oleah (Clara H Pte Limited).

11. Compliance with Regulations

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, advertising standards, PDPA, GDPR for data privacy, and FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosures.

12. Amendments

Oleah (Clara H Pte Limited) reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
