BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This agreement is between Akscell Pte Ltd (“nor sken”) and the Ambassador named below, effective on the date of signing.

We're so excited to have you on board! As a nor sken ambassador, you'll help us share the story of our products with your community.

Scope of Work

As a nor sken ambassador you will create and publish the following

Image Assets: Before and After image set showcasing the product's effect.
Video Asset: One video review (e.g., UGC).
Posting Obligation: The Ambassador must post the content on her social media channels, tagging nor sken and using our official hashtags.

Content Guidelines

When you post, please make sure to include:

Tags to our nor sken social accounts
Our official brand hashtags. #norsken #skincare #reverseageing #norsken_[yourname] #veganfacialcream #veganskincare
A clear disclosure that you received complimentary products — this keeps things transparent with your audience and compliant with advertising guidelines in your region.
Content that's respectful, appropriate for all audiences, and honestly reflects your experience with the product.

Please avoid:

Any content that is misleading, offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
Medical or unverified claims about nor sken® products. Share your personal experience, but don't make therapeutic health claims.
Disparaging remarks about competitors, individuals, or other brands.

Content Usage Rights

Ambassador grants nor sken a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, repost, reproduce, edit, and publish submitted content for marketing, advertising, website, social media and similar purposes.

Compensation, Commission & Payment Terms

Commission & Tiers: You'll receive a unique affiliate link or code to share with your audience. Every completed, non-refunded sale made through your code earns you a commission. As you grow, so does your rate.

Tier	Commission	Cumulative Orders
Gold	10%	1st – 49th order
Platinum	12%	50th – 99th order
Diamond	15%	100th order onwards

Commissions are paid on or before the 10th of the following month, via PayPal or an approved local payment method. Only completed, non-refunded orders are counted.

Complimentary Products: nor sken® will provide complimentary products for the ambassador’s personal use.

Customer Discounts

We will provide you your own unique 10% discount code that you can share with your customers.

Term & Termination

This agreement is effective from the date you sign it and continues until either of us decides to end it. Either party can terminate at any time.

Confidentiality

Ambassador agrees not to disclose confidential information such as internal processes, discount structures, sales data, or unpublished product information.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the full understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
