1. Program Overview

The Affiliate Program allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to promote Maksiwa products using a unique referral link and coupon code. Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral link.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive a 5% commission on the total value of qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link.

Customers who purchase using the affiliate’s coupon code will receive a 5% discount on their order.

Commissions are calculated based on the net purchase value, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, and canceled orders.

3. Tracking and Attribution

Sales are tracked using unique affiliate links, cookies, coupon codes, and analytics tools.

Our website may also detect traffic sources, including Google Ads and other advertising platforms, to determine attribution for marketing performance.

If a sale is attributed to another marketing channel according to our internal tracking systems, Maksiwa reserves the right to determine the final commission attribution.

4. Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions will be paid on a monthly basis once the commission balance reaches the minimum payout threshold (if applicable).

Payments may be made through approved methods such as bank transfer, or other payment systems specified by Maksiwa.

Maksiwa reserves the right to review transactions for fraud or policy violations before issuing payments.

5. Acceptable Marketing Practices

Affiliates may promote Maksiwa products using a variety of marketing channels, including:

Social media platforms
Websites and blogs
Video platforms such as YouTube
Email marketing (with proper consent)
Paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads and other digital advertising networks

When running paid advertising campaigns, affiliates must clearly represent themselves as independent promoters and must not mislead customers into believing they are the official Maksiwa website or company.

6. Paid Advertising Guidelines

Affiliates are permitted to run paid advertisements, including campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital advertising networks, using their affiliate links.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all advertising platform policies and applicable laws.

However, affiliates may not:

Misrepresent Maksiwa products, pricing, or promotions
Create advertisements that falsely appear to be official Maksiwa communications
Use deceptive landing pages or misleading claims about Maksiwa products

Maksiwa reserves the right to review advertising activities associated with the affiliate program and to cancel commissions generated through fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant campaigns.

7. Affiliate Approval and Termination

Maksiwa reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.

We may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time if we determine that the affiliate has violated program policies or engaged in harmful practices.

8. Changes to the Program

Maksiwa may update commission structures, policies, or program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Maksiwa is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or issues related to the affiliate’s marketing activities.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
