1. Benefits

Commission Rules

You will earn 10% commission on the order subtotal (excluding shipping and tax) when a customer makes a purchase through your unique affiliate link or uses your personalized discount code.

Example: A customer places a $59.99 order — you earn approximately $5.40 in commission.

30% Welcome Gift for New Affiliates

To help you get started, we offer a one-time 30% discount so you can try the product yourself and create authentic content.

This discount is for personal use only
Orders placed with the welcome gift do not earn commission
The code will be provided after signup

This is a great way to experience the product firsthand and promote with confidence.

2. How Much Can You Earn?

Our tracking system uses a 30-day cookie window, so if a customer doesn't purchase right away, you’ll still earn commission if they return and buy within 30 days of using your link or code.

3. When Do You Get Paid?

Payouts are made via PayPal on the 1st of each month for all approved referrals
Approval may take up to 21 days for transactions to fully process.
Update your payment info in Settings → Payment to avoid delays

4. Content & Conduct Guidelines

To maintain the integrity of the Hapa Nutrition brand, affiliates must follow these rules:

Do not promote Hapa Nutrition in connection with content that includes:
- Hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- Sexually explicit or NSFW material
- False or exaggerated health claims
- Political or religious messaging
- Illegal substances or activity
Do not mislead customers or promote unauthorized discounts or coupon codes
Do not engage in any deceptive practices, including:
- Posting your discount code to coupon or deal sites
- Creating multiple accounts to earn extra commissions
- Using your own link or code for personal purchases ("self-referrals")
You must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines, including clearly stating when content is sponsored or includes affiliate links (e.g., using hashtags like #ad, #sponsored, or similar disclosures)

Violating these rules may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Important: Please update your payment method. If your payment detail is not specified, you will not be able to receive updates on commission payment. In addition, you can edit your profile and set up the notification options in Settings.
