Thanks for joining our Affiliate Program. These terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and as an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use products or services from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program as specified and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

### 1. **Approval or Rejection of Registration**
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program registration at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program registration.

### 2. **Affiliate Links and Coupons**
Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on another referral link and later clicks on yours, the most recent link is the one that counts.

Affiliates may be assigned a unique coupon code, and details on its usage are provided on the Dashboard. If a customer both clicks on the affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive double commission. If you are not assigned a coupon, you are not permitted to promote any coupon.

Affiliates may advertise the merchant’s website through online channels like Facebook, Instagram, etc., or offline in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

### 3. **Commissions and Payments**
When you refer a customer who makes a purchase on our website, you will earn a commission based on the Commission structure. The commission amount is calculated on the order value, excluding any additional fees (e.g., tax, shipping costs).

To receive a commission, you need to specify payment details in the Settings. Payment schedules will be notified on the Affiliate Guide page.

Payments will only be issued for successfully completed transactions. Haircules reserves the right to review every referral order. Status of commissions can be viewed under the Commission tab, and any paid commissions will be listed in the Payment tab. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

### 4. **Marketing Tools**
We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you via the Marketing tool tab. You can download media or use the HTML embed code to share on your affiliate channels.

### 5. **Network**
If the Network tab is activated, affiliates can invite others to become their downline affiliates. If a downline affiliate brings an order to the merchant’s shop, the upline affiliate will also receive network commission, as set by the merchant.

To invite other affiliates, share your network link. Any affiliate who clicks that link and signs up will become your downline.

### 6. **Cookie Tracking**
We use cookies to track users who click on your link. If a customer disables or clears cookies, we cannot track them, and no earnings will be paid for their activity.

The cookie duration is stated on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking starts when a customer clicks your link or uses a coupon code. Any orders made by the customer during the cookie duration will result in commissions for the affiliate, regardless of whether the customer clicks the link again.

### 7. **Content Usage Rights**
By participating in the Haircules Affiliate Program, affiliates grant Haircules the right to use, reproduce, and repurpose any content created for Haircules, including but not limited to promotional purposes, paid advertisements, social media, and other marketing campaigns, without additional compensation to the affiliate.

### 8. **Termination from the Program**
Affiliates can terminate their participation in the Affiliate Program by contacting us at: support@shophaircules.com.

Haircules reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violating these terms or engaging in unethical or prohibited activities.

### 9. **Limitation of Liability**
Haircules is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or commissions) arising from participation in this Program.

### 10. **Modifications to Terms**
Haircules reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

### 11. **Compliance with Laws**
As an affiliate, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

### 12. **Governing Law**
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
