Gladiator Tennis Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Gladiator Tennis! We’re excited to have you as part of our affiliate community. By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to both Gladiator Tennis ('we,' 'our,' 'merchant') and you, the affiliate ('you' or 'affiliate') who refers new players to Gladiator Tennis.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or participate in our program.

1. Approval & Participation

We carefully review all affiliate applications and reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. If your application is rejected, you have no legal recourse against us.

Once approved, you may promote Gladiator Tennis and earn commissions by referring new players who register through your unique affiliate link or assigned coupon code.

2. Affiliate Links & Coupon Codes

- Your unique affiliate link is automatically generated, and you can also create custom links for specific pages.
- If a customer clicks on multiple affiliate links, the most recent one takes priority.
- Some affiliates may receive a branded coupon code (details will be in your dashboard).
- If a customer both clicks your link and uses your coupon, you will not receive a double commission.
- Only officially assigned coupons may be promoted—unassigned coupons cannot be used for referrals.
- You may promote Gladiator Tennis on social media, websites, and offline channels (such as magazines or newspapers).

3. Commissions & Payments

- Commissions are based on our Affiliate Commission Structure, which calculates earnings as a percentage of the order value (excluding taxes, shipping, or additional fees).
- To receive payments, you must submit your payment details in the Settings section.
- Payments are made on a set schedule (details available in the Affiliate Guide).
- Commissions are only paid for successful transactions—orders that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be eligible for payouts.
- You can check your commission status under the Commissions tab, and processed payments in the Payments tab.

4. Marketing Resources

We may provide you with banners, logos, and promotional materials in the Marketing Tools section of your dashboard. You are welcome to download and share these assets when promoting Gladiator Tennis.

5. Affiliate Network (If Enabled)

- If the Network feature is active, you can invite other affiliates to join through your unique network link.
- When your downline affiliates generate sales, you may be eligible for network commissions (as per our affiliate structure).
- To invite others, simply share your network link—new affiliates who sign up via this link will become part of your downline.

6. Cookie Tracking

- We use cookies to track clicks on your affiliate link.
- If a customer clears their cookies or blocks tracking, we cannot track their purchase, and no commission will be awarded.
- The cookie tracking period is displayed in the Affiliate Registration Form.
- Once a customer clicks your link or uses your coupon, all purchases made within the cookie tracking period will count toward your commission—they don’t need to click your link again.

7. Program Removal & Termination

- If you wish to leave the program, you may request removal by contacting hello@mygladiator.io.
- We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time if we detect fraud, misuse, or violations of these terms.
