1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

Get Pierced Co. reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration at its sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that you will have no legal recourse against Get Pierced Co. for the rejection of your registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes

Affiliate Links: Upon registration, an Affiliate link will be automatically generated for you. Additionally, you may generate a link for specific products or collections. In cases where a customer clicks on multiple referral links, the last clicked link is the one that will be tracked and credited to the Affiliate.

Coupon Codes: Affiliates may or may not be assigned a specific coupon code. If assigned a coupon code, the details and usage will be provided via the Affiliate Dashboard. If you are not assigned a branded coupon code, you are not permitted to promote or distribute any coupons.

Code Usage: If, at any time, we are alerted to codes being leaked onto Coupon Code Sites or Get Pierced LLC specific-groups, we have the right to change your code at any time.

Promotion Channels: Affiliates are permitted to promote Get Pierced Co. products and services through online platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) or offline media (e.g., magazines, newspapers). Any use of these platforms must comply with Get Pierced Co.'s branding guidelines.

3. Commissions and Payment

Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission based on the sale amount of products referred through their Affiliate link. The commission is calculated on the order value and excludes any additional fees such as taxes, shipping, and handling charges.

Payment Conditions: Payments will only be issued for successfully completed transactions. Get Pierced Co. reserves the right to review each referral order, and commissions are subject to a fair use policy. Any orders resulting in chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations will not be eligible for commission payment.

Commission Tracking: You can track your commissions in the Commission Tab of your Affiliate Dashboard. Any paid commissions will be listed in the Payment Tab.

4. Marketing Tools

Get Pierced Co. may provide promotional materials (such as banners, logos, or collection-specific ads) through the Marketing Tool Tab in the Affiliate Dashboard. Affiliates may download these materials or embed the provided HTML code to promote Get Pierced Co. products on their channels.

5. Network Program

If the Network Tab is activated, Affiliates have the ability to invite other individuals to join the Affiliate Program. If someone referred by you (a "downline Affiliate") generates a sale, you will receive a commission from that sale, as defined in the Network settings.

To invite other Affiliates, simply share your unique network link. Any individual who signs up using your link will become part of your downline.

6. Cookies

To track referrals and ensure proper commission payments, Get Pierced Co. uses cookies. These cookies allow us to track users who click on your Affiliate link.

Cookie Duration: The cookie tracking period will begin when a customer clicks on your referral link or uses your coupon code. Commissions will be credited to you for any purchases made during the cookie period, even if the customer does not click on your link again.

Cookie Limitations: If a customer disables cookies or clears their browser cookies, Get Pierced Co. will not be able to track their activity, and no commission will be paid for that customer's purchases.

7. Termination

Affiliate Termination: You may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by sending a request to amanda@getpiercedco.com. Termination will be effective immediately upon receipt of your request. Any outstanding commissions for sales made before termination will be paid in accordance with the Program’s payment terms.

Merchant Termination: Get Pierced Co. reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. If terminated by the Merchant, any outstanding commissions for sales made prior to termination will be paid in accordance with the Program’s payment terms.
