Fairytale Fragrance Co. Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fairytale Fragrance Co.! Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as an affiliate and set forth the legal agreement between you ("Affiliate") and Fairytale Fragrance Co. ("Merchant"). By joining the program, you agree to abide by these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to participate in the program.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

Fairytale Fragrance Co. reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. You have no legal recourse against us if your application is rejected.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link that you can use to refer customers.
You may generate referral links to specific products or collections.
If a user clicks on multiple affiliate links, the last-clicked link will receive the commission.
Affiliates may be assigned a coupon code, which must be used as per the guidelines provided in your dashboard.
If a customer clicks an affiliate link and also uses a coupon code, commissions will only be earned once per transaction.
Affiliates may promote their referral links on online channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, websites) and offline channels (e.g., magazines, newspapers).
Unauthorized use of discount codes not assigned to you is strictly prohibited.

3. Commissions & Payments

Affiliates earn a fixed 15% commission on all referred sales.
Commission is calculated based on the order subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts).
Affiliates must ensure payment details are correctly set up in their dashboard.
Payments are processed on the 5th business day of each month via PayPal or Venmo.
Minimum payout amount: $10.
Commissions for transactions that result in chargebacks, refunds, or fraudulent activity will not be paid.
The status of commissions can be viewed in your affiliate dashboard.

4. Marketing & Promotional Materials

Fairytale Fragrance Co. may provide marketing materials (banners, logos, promotional images) within the affiliate dashboard.
Affiliates must not alter provided marketing materials or misrepresent Fairytale Fragrance Co. in any way.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and FTC guidelines regarding affiliate marketing disclosures.

5. Tracking & Cookies

We use cookies to track affiliate referrals.
The tracking period (cookie duration) is 30 days from the moment a user clicks on an affiliate link.
If a customer clears cookies or disables tracking, commissions may not be recorded.
Any purchase made within the cookie duration will be attributed to the referring affiliate.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must adhere to ethical promotional practices. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Using misleading, false, or exaggerated claims to promote products.
Engaging in spam tactics (unsolicited messages, automated bots, etc.).
Using paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) that bid on "Fairytale Fragrance Co." brand keywords without written permission.
Creating duplicate or fake accounts to earn commissions fraudulently.
Promoting Fairytale Fragrance Co. on websites that contain adult content, hate speech, or illegal material.
Violating intellectual property rights by using unauthorized images, text, or branding.

Violations may result in termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Removal from the Affiliate Program

If you wish to leave the program, you may request removal by emailing info@fairytalefragranceco.com.
Fairytale Fragrance Co. reserves the right to remove an affiliate at any time for violating these terms or for inactivity exceeding 6 months.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Fairytale Fragrance Co. is not responsible for any loss of earnings due to tracking failures, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.
Affiliates participate in this program at their own risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fairytale Fragrance Co. from any liabilities arising from their promotions.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Fairytale Fragrance Co. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
