KURE NATION Terms & Conditions

KURE NATION (the “Program”) is designed to inspire and support you in sharing our products to engage new audiences and to make sure that you are rewarded for your activity. It does not create any relationship between us apart from independent contractors; you are not an employee, nor do we have a partnership: if we approve your participation in this program, you are an independent contractor.

This means you are responsible for handling any applicable taxes, maintaining appropriate insurance coverage, and refraining from making statements on our behalf. In turn, we will ensure that all agreed payments are made to you on the specified dates.

Please understand that our liability to you is limited, as stated in our terms of service, and that we are non-exclusive; we can find other advocates and you can market other products.

Scope of the Relationship

When joining the program and upon our approval, you will be appointed as a non-exclusive advocate and you shall act to refer new potential customers to purchase our products and services. You may not present yourself as a part of Kure LTD and may not create any obligation on behalf of Kure LTD.

Your participation is personal, meaning that you cannot sub-advocate or share your fees with anyone else.

You agree to dedicate reasonable time and effort to promoting our products and services in a manner that reflects positively on the brand. If any promotional content you produce is found to be inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise misaligned with our values, we reserve the right to remove you from the program.

You represent and warrant that you are able to participate in the program, that you will only act in a legal, bona fide manner and that you will not infringe on any intellectual property right or act in any deceptive practice when participating in it.

Promotional Materials and Intellectual Property

We reserve all our Intellectual Property Rights; and we provide our advocates a limited, temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable license to use our trademark, brand name, promotional materials and such license is limited only to the use in promoting our products and services with our permitted banners according to our Trademark Guidelines.

This means that you cannot use our Intellectual Property Rights with another brand name or as a bundled project. It also means that you cannot allow others to use the content we licensed to you.

You may only use the permitted banners and promotional material that we provide you as a part of our gallery.

We reserve the right to update or change the discount codes provided and at our discretion. Any changes will apply from the date of notification onward and will not affect previous promotions.

Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate your participation with Kure LTD (i.e., your membership in the Program) at any time by providing you with notice of such termination (to the email account with which you applied to the Program) with immediate effect and at Kure LTD’s sole discretion. If the agreement is terminated, you must immediately cease using all of our Intellectual Property Rights.

In any case that we suspect a breach of these terms, we may suspend your account until we receive sufficient evidence that shows no breach of these terms have occurred. In such a case, we may require review of your books and records prior to reinstatement.

Upon termination due to such breach (save for termination due to inactivity), we shall withhold all funds held on account.

Termination for Inactivity

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to receive our newsletter, marketing and promotional offers from us.

If your account is inactive, meaning you have not earned any commission or received any visits using your referral link within one year and\or you have not reached the sum of GBP £120.00 within one year, then we may decide to terminate your account and/or reset your balance. In such a case, your pending balance will not be paid. We may exercise this right without providing any prior notice.

Malicious Use

While participating in the program, you may not share, distribute, or provide access to any version of KURE to third parties, nor are you permitted to create derivative works based on KURE. This is to ensure that all distribution remains secure, controlled and conducted exclusively through our official channels free from unauthorised modifications, vulnerabilities, or the risk of malicious code.

Any content that combines our intellectual property with your own (for example, promotional materials featuring the KURE name, logo, or products) must be deleted or destroyed upon request or upon ending your participation. If you wish to retain or use such content beyond this point, you must obtain our prior written permission.

Commission

You will be provided with a fixed commission that we will notify in writing. We may change this commission at any time based on our own discretion. Such changes will not be retroactive.

We pay commission for qualified leads. A qualified lead is a new customer who either purchases a product or subscribes within a certain period after clicking your link or using a coupon code you provided. The purchase must be for one of our goods or services. Commissions will not be paid if the customer was introduced by another advocate or if they came to our website independently before clicking your link. We will not pay a commission for self-dealing, such as using the advocate program to obtain personal discounts. If a customer receives a refund, the commission will be deducted from your future payments or the commission will not be paid out.

Commissions are calculated on our net revenues from your qualifying leads, which means, the final sale amount after deductions for applicable taxes, postage, external payment processing fees, chargebacks, cancellations, bad debt, collection costs, clearing costs and payments made in order to collect the payment.

The means of tracking your qualified leads shall be by placing a link that includes your tracking tags, pixels, and code we provide you.

Please note that commissions will only be paid if the customer has accepted our site’s cookie consent, which allows us to track their purchases through your advocate link.

You agree that our books and records are deemed as private, accurate and that our tracking is final.

Payment

Your commission is calculated only upon payment to you. Until then, the expected payment is not an obligation from us to you, but an estimation of future revenues.

We pay on a monthly basis, payment shall be made via PayPal or similar and subject to a minimum threshold.

Until the payment is made, the sums specified on your account are not considered debt.

You shall bear all taxes and expenses relating to the payment, including any fees which may be incurred by your bank.

You are required by law to provide us with an invoice upon payment.

If we provide a qualified lead with a refund, then we may deduct the commission from your future payment or request that you return such fees. You also agree that we may offset any sums that you may owe us from any future payments.

Each party shall bear its own expenses and the commission you are entitled to is the sole payment you receive in relation to your services.

Gifting

On joining the program you will be gifted one (1) product. You can submit a request for further gifting on a monthly basis if the following criteria is met:
- You have shared one (1) piece of content at least every four (4) weeks.
- You have achieved ten (10) valid sales for KURE the month, verified in the UpPromote platform.

Bad Practices

Without limiting our Trademark Guidelines, we consider the following as “bad practices” which are prohibited and will cause automatic termination of your participation in this program, as well as forfeiture of all sums you are entitled to.

Please note that if at any time we believe that you acted in bad faith or illegally, we may also cancel your participation and withhold all payments.

The following are considered bad practices: (1) using deceptive practices, encouraging users to click banners or use of any automated means to create traffic; (2) presenting yourself as a part of Kure LTD; (3) using the Kure brand, either in violation of the Trademark Guidelines while presenting unpermitted banners, or when using the Kure Brand as a part of your domain name, website name, banners or in any form of paid advertising (for example, PPC campaigns); (4) using domain names that imply any link to the Kure brand including the word “Kure” or similar sounding, looking or typed names; (5) spamming; (6) buying traffic; (7) using paid search or keyword advertising using our Intellectual Property Rights or brand name to drive traffic to your site or to the banners; (8) offering coupons or discounts without our consent; (8) offering others a part of your commission; (9) using words like “deal”, “sale” or “discount” in a deceptive manner or in a way stating that there is any discount, rebate, cash-back or other reduced payment for the services when there isn’t.

All websites which you use to promote Kure LTD must have a prominent privacy policy, which is acceptable under the relevant privacy protection laws, as well as provide a prominent notice on the collection of data made by us.

This list is non-exhaustive, and we may block any practice that we believe is bad and terminate or suspend your account due to it. Bad Practices also include any illegal or unauthorised advertising, infringing intellectual property rights, invading users’ privacy, or otherwise using any advertising in violation of local laws and regulations.

Content Usage Rights

On joining the KURE NATION program, you automatically give KURE Ltd the usage rights for both organic and paid content including but not limited to; usage on the KURE website, social media account, paid ads and any other business-related task without requiring your permission.

Confidentiality

Our relationship is confidential, which means the details of your commission must remain private. While it’s perfectly acceptable and legally required in some cases to disclose that you earn a commission (e.g. “I may earn a commission from this link”), you must not share or discuss the specific amount or structure of your compensation.

The fact that you are a paid partner can be disclosed, but the exact terms of your agreement with us should remain strictly confidential.

Content Requirements and Brand Representation

By joining the KURE NATION program, you agree to promote KURE in a manner that reflects the brand’s ethos, visual identity and messaging standards. This includes maintaining consistency, transparency and compliance across your content, in line with KURE NATION Brand Guidelines, which may be updated from time to time. You must review and comply with these guidelines as a condition of ongoing participation in the Program.

Content Frequency

Upon receiving your first KURE product delivery, you agree to publish an initial post introducing your involvement with the Program within two (2) weeks.
Thereafter, you must post at least one (1) piece of content every four (4) weeks. This may include:

A dedicated post or video about KURE

A lifestyle or routine feature where KURE is clearly visible and integrated
Any other creative content which includes KURE, as long as it remains compliant with the terms herein

Failure to post content at the required frequency may result in removal from the Program, or a pause in gifting and commissions.

Brand Accuracy

You agree to:
Refer to the product as an “Oxygen Supplement”
Use the brand name KURE in all capital letters
Maintain the integrity of KURE logos and visuals (no filters, colour changes, distortions, overlays or modifications)

Any unauthorised use or alteration of brand assets may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of any outstanding payments.

Disclosure and Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all relevant advertising regulations and platform-specific guidelines. All posts that include affiliate links, discount codes, gifted items, or are part of a paid collaboration must include a clear and unambiguous disclosure.

This includes but is not limited to:

- Using terms such as #ad, #sponsored, or #gifted in captions or visible on-screen text
- Ensuring disclosures are not hidden behind “see more” buttons or made in small, obscured fonts
- Including disclosures in video descriptions and content titles on platforms such as YouTube
- You must not engage in misleading, deceptive or non-compliant promotion. Failure to provide adequate disclosure may result in suspension or termination from the Program.

Hashtags and Tagging

Where applicable, you agree to include the following hashtags in your promotional content:

You also agree to tag KURE in your posts and, where supported, use the platform’s collaboration feature.
