Terms and Conditions for the ALP Affiliate Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to the ALP Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by ALP Supply Co, LLC ("Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By signing up and participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from joining the Program.

2. Eligibility

4. Compensation Structure

5. Termination of Participation

The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Violation of these Terms.

- Engaging in any fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.

- Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities related to ALP Supply Co, LLC products and remove all links and promotional materials from your platforms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works based on any of the Company’s intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALP Supply Co, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Program is to terminate your participation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALP Supply Co, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Program dashboard. Continued participation in the Program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
