Our affiliate program works as follows:

When you sign up, you will receive one or several coupon codes via email, which allow you to get free products from our website, as well as a one-time free shipping coupon. That way, you can try our products for free before promoting them to your audience.

Once we confirm your affiliation, you will receive:

An affiliate link with a custom URL that you can share with your audience.
A set of marketing material showing our products, including demo videos for the different consistencies. You can find these in your UpPromote dashboard under "Marketing tools". You are free to create/use your own once you receive your samples.

Your audience will be taken to our store by clicking on the affiliate link. If they purchase something from our website within 14 days of clicking your link with the same device and browser (assuming they don't click on somebody else's affiliate link afterward), you will receive a 10% cut from their spending. Note that this excludes anything they might pay for shipping and taxes.

In the future, we might also offer an extended affiliate program, whereby you can increase the cut you get from our sales if you bring in enough sales. Let us know if you would be interested in something like that.

General guidance:

We do not explicitly require you to do anything with the products, or say anything specific about it. You are free to promote them however you like, as long as you do not make any false claims about them. False claims can include (but are not limited to):

Claiming that the products have any kind of medically stimulating property, such as numbing, cooling, warming or pleasure enhancement (outside of what users might experience from the reduction in friction and from living out their fantasies).
Claiming our products have ingredients or effects not listed on the packaging or our website.
Claiming any kind of health benefit outside of what personal lubricants are typically used for (i.e. simplifying sexual activities) and what follows from that.
Claiming that we deliver outside of Switzerland. (note: we are working on expanding to EU exports)

If you want to tell your audience a bit about our company, here's some info about us and our mission:

We are a local company from Basel, founded this year and run by just two young entrepreneurs who want to mix up the lube market a bit by providing something that is hard to come by in Switzerland: Colored lubricants to enhance fantasies. We aimed to create a simple-to-use configurator that gives the users control over what they are getting while providing a reasonable price despite all products being hand-made and made-to-order. We are still quite small and want to extend our reach, to make people aware that lube can be more than just a means to an end, but can even enhance certain fantasies (such as cum fetishes, watersports fetishes, or whatever else someone might be into). Wherever possible, we try not to claim that a certain color should be a certain liquid, as we want our customers to have the liberty to see in each color whatever they want.

When will I get paid?

You will get paid on the first of each month via your preferred payment method. Note that it might take 1-5 business days for the money to arrive in your account if you select bank transfer. Additionally, you can request a payout at any time by contacting us at mail@auroranoctis.com. If any issues occur, please let us know via that same email.

In order for us to send you the payment on time, please update your payment information in Settings > Payment.
