Let’s Get Real Affiliate Community Terms & Conditions

By applying to or participating in the Let’s Get Real Affiliate Community, powered by Social Snowball, you agree to comply with these terms & conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility: To participate in the Chasing Red Flags’ Affiliate Program, applicants must be 18 years or older and have an active and valid payment method. Chasing Red Flags reserves the right to approve or reject any application to the program at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 15% on qualifying purchases made through their personal affiliate link. Commission rates are subject to change at Chasing Red Flags’ discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.

3. Program Participation: Affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with potential new customers. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales that are directly attributable to the affiliate’s referral code or link. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payouts: Commissions are paid out once orders are processed and outside the return or refund period. Payouts are issued through the payment method on file. Returned or canceled sales will result in a deduction of the corresponding commission from the affiliate’s balance. All commissions are subject to review and verification by Chasing Red Flags. This process aims to maintain the integrity of the program and may include delaying or withholding payment while an investigation is ongoing. Commissions deemed to be earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods will be voided.

5. Coupon & Deal Sites: Posting on coupon websites such as Couponbird and Honey, is strictly prohibited. Affiliates found to be sharing or allowing their codes to be posted on such sites will be subject to immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

6. Intellectual Property: Affiliates may not alter any brand assets provided by Chasing Red Flags without prior written consent. All promotional materials, including but not limited to images, logos, and slogans, must be used in a manner that is respectful and consistent with Chasing Red Flags ‘ brand guidelines.

7. Brand Representation: Affiliates agree to represent Chasing Red Flags and the Let’s Get Real journal with honesty, authenticity, and respect. No false claims, misleading messaging, or aggressive sales approaches.

8. Content Integrity: We do not require or expect performance-based posting. However, if you do choose to create content, it must be your genuine experience.

9. Discount Misuse: Personal affiliate links cannot be used for your own purchases. Any detected misuse may result in removal from the program.

10. Program Removal: We reserve the right to remove affiliates who do not align with the mission, misuse their link, or violate terms. This allows us to protect the integrity of our community. Upon termination, the affiliate must cease all use of Chasing Red Flags branding, promotional items, and referral links or codes.

11. Community First: Our affiliate program is rooted in shared values. If at any time your experience or alignment shifts, you may discontinue participation— no explanation required.
