By joining the Dr. Pen Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation in the affiliate program operated by DrPen.net (“Dr. Pen”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Eligibility

The Affiliate Program is open to content creators, influencers, and publishers who create original content related to skincare, beauty, or related topics. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Commissions

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on all qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link or approved discount code.
Referred customers receive a 5% discount on their purchases.
Commissions are calculated based on the net order value, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.
Commissions are credited only after an order is successfully completed and paid.

3. Payouts

Payouts are processed twice per month on Thursdays, subject to successful verification.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment and billing information in their UpPromote account, including bank account details and routing/SWIFT number.
Dr. Pen is not responsible for delayed or failed payments caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.

4. Promotional Methods

Affiliates are permitted to promote Dr. Pen products through organic content, including but not limited to:

Social media posts
Videos (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Blogs and reviews

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Self-referrals or purchases made using your own referral link or discount code
Paid advertising using your affiliate referral link (including paid search ads, social media ads, or sponsored placements)
Brand bidding on trademarked keywords related to Dr. Pen
Misleading, deceptive, or false claims about products, results, or medical benefits
Spam, coupon abuse, or unauthorized distribution of promo codes

Violation of these rules may result in commission cancellation or removal from the program.

5. Content & FTC Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure guidelines. This includes clearly disclosing affiliate relationships in content using language such as:

“This post contains affiliate links” or “I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link.”

Medical or therapeutic claims about Dr. Pen products are strictly prohibited.

6. Free Products & Collaboration Materials

From time to time, Dr. Pen may provide products for content creation. These products are provided for promotional purposes only and do not constitute payment or employment. Receipt of free products does not guarantee ongoing collaboration or commissions.

7. Account Termination

Dr. Pen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that the Affiliate has violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited.

8. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate the Affiliate Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Pen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including loss of revenue or data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
