Get A Drip Partner (Affiliate) Programme - Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment & Participation

1.1. By joining the Get A Drip Partner (Affiliate) Programme ("the Programme"), you ("the Partner") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to the Programme at our sole discretion.

2. Advertising & Content Compliance (MHRA & CAP Rules)

You agree to adhere to these rules at all times. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination from the Programme and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

2.1. PROHIBITION ON ADVERTISING PRESCRIPTION-ONLY MEDICINES (POMs):

The UK's Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and the CAP Code strictly prohibit advertising Prescription-Only Medicines (POMs) to the public. Our weight management programmes include POMs.

2.1.1. You MUST NOT use the brand name of the medication (e.g., Mounjaro®) or its active ingredient (e.g., Tirzepatide) in any promotional content.

This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, blog titles, video descriptions, hashtags, paid ads, or domain names.

2.1.2. You MUST NOT make any claim that guarantees weight loss results or implies the service is "risk-free."

2.2. PERMITTED PROMOTIONAL LANGUAGE:

Your content must focus on the Get A Drip service, not the medication itself.

2.2.1. You MUST promote the service as a "weight loss programme", "weight management programme," "weight loss service," or "a clinical consultation for weight management."

2.2.2. You CAN discuss your personal journey with the Get A Drip programme and talk about topics such as healthy eating, lifestyle changes, and your experience with our clinical support.

2.2.3. You MUST be truthful and not misleading. All content must reflect your honest opinions and experiences.

2.3. REQUIRED DISCLOSURES & RISK AWARENESS:

2.3.1. You MUST clearly disclose your commercial relationship with Get A Drip in any content promoting our service, in line with ASA guidance (e.g., using #ad, #affiliate).

2.3.2. You MUST include a link to our website for balanced information.

All content should encourage potential users to visit www.getadrip.shop to assess their suitability and understand the full risks and benefits associated with treatment. A simple statement like, "This is a prescription-only programme. Eligibility criteria apply. See the Get A Drip website for full safety information," is recommended.

2.4. Prohibited Content:

The Partner may not post content that is defamatory, unlawful, sexually explicit, or discriminatory. The Partner may not engage in any form of spamming or unsolicited commercial emailing.

2.5 Partners must not run paid advertisements of any kind (including search, social, or display ads) using their code or promoting Get A Drip without prior written approval.

3. Commission & Payment

3.1. The Partner will receive a fixed commission of £20.00 ("CPA") for each "Qualified Purchase."

3.2. A "Qualified Purchase" is defined as a first-time purchase of a 2-month or 3-month Mounjaro Bundle by a new customer using the Partner's unique, tracked discount code, who has been clinically approved and had their order dispatched.

3.3. Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days of the end of the month in which the Qualified Purchase was completed.

3.4. Payment will be made monthly. A minimum payout threshold may apply.

3.5 If a Qualified Purchase is refunded, cancelled, or subject to chargeback, no commission will be payable, or previously paid commission may be deducted from future payments.

4. Tracking & Attribution

4.1. Customer purchases are tracked via the unique discount code assigned to the Partner. The last code used before purchase will be credited with the sale.

4.2. Get A Drip is not responsible for commissions lost due to tracking failures from the customer's side (e.g., incorrect code entry).

5. Termination

5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.

5.2. Get A Drip will immediately terminate this agreement if the Partner breaches Clause 2 (Advertising & Content Compliance). Upon termination for breach, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

6. Liability & Indemnification

6.1. Get A Drip will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with this Programme.

6.2. The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Get A Drip from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from a breach of this agreement, particularly any breach of the advertising and compliance rules outlined in Clause 2.

7. General

7.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7.2. Get A Drip reserves the right to modify the terms of this Programme at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes via email.
