Welcome to the Retro Fitness Supplement Company Affiliate Program! By joining and participating in the Retro Fitness Supplement Company Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before you sign up for the Program.

1. Overview of the Affiliate Program

The Retro Fitness Supplement Company Affiliate Program allows individuals or entities (hereafter referred to as "Affiliate" or "you") to promote Retro Fitness Supplement Company products and earn commissions for qualified sales. Retro Fitness Supplement Company (the "Company") will provide Affiliates with links, banners, and other materials to assist with promotion.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have an active website, blog, or social media presence to promote the Company's products.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising laws, digital marketing standards, and anti-spam laws.
Not be affiliated with any competing supplement or fitness brands.

3. Affiliate Account Registration

You must create an account on our affiliate platform to participate in the Program.
You will be asked to provide certain personal information (e.g., name, email address, payment details) during the sign-up process.
Retro Fitness Supplement Company reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

4. Affiliate Commissions

You will earn a commission on qualified sales made through your affiliate link. The current commission rate will be outlined in your Affiliate Dashboard.
Commissions are only paid for sales that are tracked through your unique affiliate link.
Retro Fitness Supplement Company reserves the right to change commission structures, but affiliates will be notified in advance of any changes.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

You must use the materials provided by Retro Fitness Supplement Company for promoting products. Unauthorized use of materials or any misleading claims is prohibited.
Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to click fraud or generating fake sales.
Affiliates must comply with all advertising guidelines, including FTC regulations, and ensure that their promotional activities are transparent and truthful.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates agree not to:

Use deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
Engage in spamming or unsolicited marketing.
Use Retro Fitness Supplement Company’s name, trademarks, or logos in any manner not authorized in the Program materials.
Make any health or medical claims regarding the products without express consent from Retro Fitness Supplement Company.

7. Payment Terms

Payments are made on a monthly basis (or as specified in your Affiliate Dashboard) via the payment method you choose during registration (e.g., Venmo, bank transfer).
A minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., $50 or $100). If your earnings do not meet the threshold, your balance will roll over to the next payment period.
Retro Fitness Supplement Company reserves the right to withhold payments if it suspects fraud, returns, or chargebacks associated with your affiliate sales.

8. Termination and Suspension

Retro Fitness Supplement Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any pending commissions may be forfeited.
Affiliates may terminate their participation by submitting a request through the Affiliate Dashboard or contacting the Program support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

Retro Fitness Supplement Company is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, arising from your participation in the Program, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modification of Terms

Retro Fitness Supplement Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through your Affiliate Dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Shelby County, Kentucky.
