NICOTONIC AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Nicotonic Affiliate Program! These terms govern your participation in the program. By signing up, you agree to follow these terms. If you don’t agree, you are not authorized to join or participate.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. You have no legal recourse against us for rejection.

2. Affiliate Links

Affiliate links are automatically generated in your dashboard. You may also create links for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent link will be credited.

Affiliates may promote their unique links on personal channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, blogs, or offline platforms (e.g., magazines or flyers), as long as it aligns with brand values and guidelines.

3. Commission and Payment

You’ll earn commission on valid sales generated through your affiliate link. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees).

Payments are typically issued every quarter, or once your commission balance reaches £100, whichever occurs first. To receive payment, affiliates should submit an invoice to info@nicotonic.com by email for the commission amount due. Payment will be processed following receipt of a valid invoice and in line with the payment schedule.

You must ensure your payment details are up to date.

Only successfully completed transactions qualify for commissions. Orders that are refunded or charged back will not be paid.

VAT Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for their own VAT registration and reporting obligations.

4. Marketing Tools

Marketing assets such as banners, images, or branding may be shared with you in your affiliate dashboard for use on promotional platforms.

5. Cookie Tracking

We use cookies to track link referrals. If cookies are disabled, deleted, or blocked, we cannot track the referral or assign commission.

The cookie duration is displayed during sign-up. Within that window, all qualifying purchases from your referred customer will be credited to your account.

6. Restrictions

No Health Claims: Do not promote Nic Nac Naturals using any medical or therapeutic claims.
No Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not impersonate the brand, spam, or use deceptive or misleading promotion techniques.

7. Reseller Disclosure

Nicotonic is the exclusive UK & European reseller of Nic Nac Naturals, working closely with the manufacturer but not acting as the brand owner or producer.

8. Leaving the Program

To leave the program, contact us at info@nicotonic.com. We reserve the right to remove any affiliate who violates these terms or misuses the program.

9. Affiliate Reward Milestone

Affiliates who reach £200 in referred sales will receive a free 5-pack of Nic Nacs as a one-time reward.

This reward is non-transferable and applies once per affiliate unless otherwise stated.
Eligible affiliates must email info@nicotonic.com to claim their free pack.
Nicotonic reserves the right to amend or pause this reward at any time.

This bonus is designed to celebrate consistent contribution, regardless of follower size.

10. Self-Referrals

Affiliates are not permitted to use their own affiliate links or discount codes to earn commission on personal purchases. Any orders found to be self-referred will be disqualified from commission. This is to ensure fair use of the program and maintain the integrity of referral rewards.
