These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the Limitless Guided Visualizations Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program"). The Affiliate Program is operated by Cura Te Ipsum, Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business as Limitless Guided Visualizations ("Limitless," "Company," "we," "us").

By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate," "you") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms.

1. Incorporated Agreements

Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to and governed by the following agreements, which are incorporated by reference:

If there is any conflict between these Affiliate Terms and the above agreements, these Affiliate Terms govern solely with respect to Affiliate activities.

2. Eligibility and Approval

Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Limitless reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Affiliate at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Certain affiliate paths, including clinical or B2B outreach roles, may require additional review or experience.

3. Affiliate Platform and Tracking

Limitless administers the Affiliate Program through UpPromote, a third-party affiliate management platform.

Tracking, commissions, payouts, assets, and reporting are facilitated through UpPromote.
Affiliate participation is also subject to UpPromote’s independent terms and platform functionality.
Limitless is not responsible for tracking errors, attribution issues, outages, or technical failures related to third-party platforms.

4. Commission Structure and Tiers

Commission rates vary by affiliate tier and may range up to 25 percent.
Affiliates typically enter at a base tier and may advance automatically based on performance.
Certain Affiliates may be approved to enter at higher commission tiers based on audience reach, expertise, or strategic alignment.
Commission tiers, thresholds, structures, and eligibility criteria may be changed at any time at Limitless’s discretion.

No commission is earned unless a purchase is successfully completed and properly tracked through an approved affiliate link or code.

4.1 Commission Exclusions

Affiliate commissions are calculated based on the net purchase amount only.

Commissions are not earned on the following:

Gift cards or gift card redemptions
Taxes, fees, or government-imposed charges
Shipping or handling charges

Only the portion of a qualifying purchase that represents the actual product or license price, excluding the items listed above, is eligible for commission.

Limitless reserves the right to determine commissionable amounts in its sole discretion.

5. Cookie Duration and Attribution

The standard affiliate tracking cookie duration is 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Attribution is determined by the affiliate platform.
Limitless does not guarantee attribution in cases involving browser restrictions, ad blockers, user behavior, or competing referral sources.

6. Limited Affiliate License

Approved Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to promote Limitless solely in connection with the Affiliate Program.

This license permits the use of approved marketing assets, copy, visuals, messaging, and training materials provided by Limitless, including materials shared via UpPromote.

No ownership rights are transferred. This license automatically terminates upon removal from the Affiliate Program.

7. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

All Limitless intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, product names, designs, copy, visuals, training materials, clinical resources, and affiliate assets, remains the exclusive property of Limitless.

Affiliates may not:

Register or use Limitless trademarks or brand names in domain names, social media handles, usernames, or business names
Modify brand assets beyond approved customization
Share affiliate assets with non-affiliates
Represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Limitless
Use Limitless branding in a way that implies ownership, partnership, or endorsement

8. Paid Advertising and Keyword Restrictions

To protect brand integrity, clinical relationships, and marketing performance, strict paid advertising rules apply.

8.1 Prohibited Brand Keyword Bidding

Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, or target any Limitless brand terms or variations in paid advertising, including but not limited to:

“Limitless”
“Limitless Guided Visualizations”
“Limitless app”
Any misspellings, variations, or branded intent phrases

This restriction applies to all match types and all advertising platforms, including search, display, social, video, and native ads.

8.2 Prohibited Advertising Practices

Affiliates may not:

Run ads that directly compete with Limitless-owned ads
Use Limitless brand terms in ad copy, headlines, display URLs, or landing page URLs
Use redirect chains or cloaking to obscure traffic sources
Replicate or closely imitate Limitless landing pages or funnels
Imply official partnership, endorsement, or ownership in ads

8.3 Permitted Advertising

Affiliates may promote:

Non-branded, educational, lifestyle, or category-based content
Original blogs, videos, newsletters, or reviews that reference Limitless accurately
Paid promotion of original content, provided it does not use brand terms or misrepresent the product

Certain paid strategies may require prior written approval, particularly those involving clinical or healthcare-related contexts.

9. Content Quality, Spam Prevention, and AI-Generated Content

Limitless values thoughtful, accurate, and human-reviewed content. The Affiliate Program is not intended for mass-produced, low-quality, or misleading promotional content.

Affiliates may not:

Create spam websites, doorway pages, or bulk content designed solely to capture affiliate commissions
Publish content that misrepresents the app’s purpose, features, or use cases
Publish content that makes exaggerated, false, or medical claims
Deploy fully automated or AI-generated content that has not been meaningfully reviewed, edited, and validated by a human

All content must reflect a clear understanding of the product and present it accurately as a mindset support and guided visualization app.

9.1 Right to Review and Request Edits

Limitless reserves the right to:

Review Affiliate content at any time
Contact an Affiliate to request edits or corrections to live content that misrepresents the product, brand, or use case

If an edit request is issued, the Affiliate will have seven (7) calendar days to make the requested corrections unless otherwise specified in writing.

If corrections are not made within this timeframe, Limitless reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate Affiliate participation
Revoke use of affiliate links and assets
Withhold unpaid commissions associated with the violating content

10. Medical and Clinical Disclaimer

Limitless Guided Visualizations is not a medical provider and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care.

Affiliates may not:

Make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or outcome-based claims
Claim that the app treats, cures, or prevents any condition
Present Limitless as a replacement for professional medical or mental health care

Approved positioning includes mindset support, guided visualization, and neuroscience-informed wellness support used in wellness and clinical settings.

11. Email, SMS, and Outreach Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

Send unsolicited email, SMS, or direct messages
Use purchased, scraped, or third-party contact lists
Impersonate Limitless in outreach communications
Contact clinics or providers unless approved as a Clinical Sales Affiliate

12. No Agency or Authority

Affiliate participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or authority to act on behalf of Limitless.

Affiliates may not speak for or bind the Company.

13. Termination

Limitless may suspend or terminate Affiliate participation at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination:

All licenses immediately revoke
Use of affiliate links and materials must cease
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All Affiliate matters are governed by the governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration, and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Limitless Terms of Use:
